• Contact details: name, phone number, delivery address, email (optional).
• Order data: items, total, delivery or pickup, special requests and any allergy notes you provide.
• Sydän Rewards: order count and rewards tied to your phone number.
• Technical data: cookies needed for the cart and language to work.

3. How we use it

• Receiving, preparing and delivering your orders.
• Customer service and handling complaints.
• Running the Sydän Rewards loyalty programme.
• SMS marketing only with your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Order processing is based on a contract. Marketing is based on your consent. Service improvement is based on our legitimate interest.

5. Storage and location

Data is stored within the EU at Hetzner's data centre in Helsinki. We keep order data for the period required by accounting law and marketing-consent data until you withdraw consent.

6. Disclosures

We share data only to fulfil your order (e.g. payment processor and delivery partner). We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Your rights

8. Opting out of SMS

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or by emailing us.
