Terms of Service

1. General
These terms apply to orders placed on the Sydän Pizza website (Sydän Ravintola Oy, Y-tunnus 3494306-6, Penttilänaukio 6, 00740 Helsinki).
2. Ordering and contract
A binding contract is formed when you confirm an order and receive a confirmation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. We accept the most common payment methods plus ePassi and Edenred benefits. Delivery is €3.90 and free on orders over €20.
4. Delivery and pickup
We deliver to listed postal areas. Estimated delivery time is about 25–35 minutes and varies with demand. Pickup is available at Penttilänaukio 6.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order before the kitchen has started preparing it by calling 050 544 1874. Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Allergies and shared kitchen
Our kitchen is a shared space handling gluten, nuts, dairy and other allergens. We cannot guarantee a product is fully free of any allergen. For severe allergies, call before ordering.
7. Sydän Rewards
Loyalty benefits are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change the programme terms.
8. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the service in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. We are not liable for indirect damage or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Governing law
Finnish law applies. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation; consumers may also refer a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
